Background and Purpose: The purpose of the app is only to communicate important information to parents pertaining to Academic Notices, Upcoming events, Homework given by school, Daily Academic & Activity Calendar, List of Holidays, Fee Payment Status and other relevant information with ease. This data is retrieved in real-time from school server on an Internet Enabled device.

The App users are only supposed to feed-in some personal information to register as an authorised user. The information filled in is used for authentication purpose and other than this, the app doesn’t collect any data from its users as it is a one-way communication app.

User Provided Information

The only identifiable information we collect about you is via a form included in the Application(s); this information includes your ward’s school id, password, registered mobile number and email id of the parent.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application(s) may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device and your mobile operating system. The only information which is automatically collected is required for the proper operation of the Application(s).

Location Information

The Application(s) does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.

Opt-out rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application(s) easily by uninstalling the Application(s). You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application(s) or until you logout from or uninstall the application.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your and your ward’s information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application(s). Please be aware that, although we endeavour provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

You shall not share your ward’s app registration details with anyone who may misuse the information shared via the application. School will not be held responsible of leak of personal information in such incidences.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via notification.

By using the Application(s), you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using information that may require for normal functioning of application.
